Live Oak is located at 3011 W 76 Country Blvd, Branson, MO 65616, in the heart of the Branson Theater District, known as The Strip, and is minutes from employers, attractions, entertainment, and restaurants.
What types of apartments do you offer?
Our apartment homes are all 2026 remodeled, regular studio apartments ranging from 221 sq. ft. to 292 sq. ft., a limited number of larger 520 sq. ft. studio apartments, and a limited number of 520 sq. ft. one-bedroom apartments. All apartments feature a single 3-piece bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
How much are your apartments?
Monthly rent for our studio apartments ranges from $710 to $890, while our one-bedroom apartments are $990 per month. You can find the most up-to-date pricing in the floor plans section of our website.
What utilities are included in rent?
The stated rental rate includes electricity, water and sewer, trash, and Internet service.
What features do your apartments have?
Standard features include luxury vinyl tile flooring throughout, PTAC in-wall heating and cooling, a compact two-burner cooktop, a full-size refrigerator, and a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
What onsite amenities are available?
On-site amenities include a laundry room, off-street parking, communal outdoor seating areas, a management office, and on-site maintenance, with 24-hour emergency maintenance on call.
How do I apply?
Contact our leasing professionals at our community office by telephone, email, or by visiting 3011 W 76 Country Blvd. Complete a residency application and submit it with a $40 per-adult applicant fee for background checks, including criminal history, income, and rental history verification.
What lease terms do you offer?
The listed rental rates are available with a 12-month lease; shorter lease terms are available for an additional monthly fee. Contact us for additional information about shorter-term leases.
Is income verification required?
Yes, to ensure that applicants can reasonably afford the monthly rental rate, we require that applicants’ gross income be at least 3 times the rental rate. If you are on a fixed income, contact the community office.
Is Internet access available?
Yes, fast Wi-Fi is available in every apartment home.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, Live Oak Apartments is pet-friendly. Our pet policy is as follows: Up to 2 pets (maximum weight 50 lbs each) are permitted. Required fees for pets are as follows: a nonrefundable one-time fee of $150 per pet; a refundable one-time pet deposit of $200 for up to 2 pets; and a monthly pet rent of $15 per pet.
Is parking available?
Yes, complimentary parking is available in front of each building.
